　高エネルギー加速器科学研究科の共通科目「高エネルギー加速器科学セミナー」の一つの講義として、本年度も「J-PARCツアー」を実施致します。

　茨城県那珂郡東海村に設置されている大強度陽子加速器施設「 J-PARC (Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex) 」を、総研大KEK３コースの関係教員による種々の実験設備等の説明紹介・案内を交えながら、１日を通して全般的に見学するツアーとなります。

　最先端の実験施設を見学することでより具体的な理解を深めて、今後の関連分野の勉学に活かすことが期待されます。また、普段は一般の方が立ち入ることの出来ない施設内部を見学できる絶好の機会となります。

　本ツアーは、「高エネルギー加速器科学セミナー」の履修者の学生以外の方も参加可能ですが、他の回の講義とは異なり、本ツアーのみ、参加の為の事前の申し込みが必要となります。詳細は下記に掲載の情報をご確認下さい。また、総研大KEK３コースの在学生等には電子メール等で別途御案内致します。

2023年度「J-PARCツアー」開催概要・参加申込方法等

概要	日時：2023年7月12日（水）場所：大強度陽子加速器施設(J-PARC) 　　　※高エネルギー加速器研究機構　東海キャンパス対象：（主に）総合研究大学院大学・高エネルギー加速器研究機構３コ－スの在学生　　　※「高エネルギー加速器科学セミナー」の履修者は原則、参加が必須です。　　　※KEKで受け入れている総研大以外の大学生・大学院生・PDも参加を歓迎いたします。費用：昼食代を予定（※参加申込者には別途、通知致します）
日程	9:00頃　つくばキャンパス発 17:00頃　つくばキャンパス着 ※詳細なスケジュールについては、参加者には別途、お知らせ致します。
申込〆切	2023年6月28日(水)まで
申込先	件名を「J-PARC見学参加希望」としたEメールに、本文中に下記の事項を記載して大学院教育係（ kyodo2(at)mail.kek.jp ※(at)は”アットマーク”に置き換えてください。）まで送信のうえお申し込みください。参加者氏名 KEKにおける所属　　　Ex. 素粒子原子核研究所・理論センター KEKにおける受入身分 Ex. 総研大学生（〇〇専攻）、特別共同利用研究員（△△大学）宗教上などの理由で食べられない物（ベジタリアンなど） ※その他、伝えるべき特殊事情や各種留意事項がある場合は記載願います。 ※外国人の方は、下記に掲載の「Visit Proposal」を記入のうえ併せて提出してください。 ◆「外国人施設訪問申請書」（Foreign National Visit Proposal、VP」について　「外国人施設訪問申請書」は、JAEA敷地内に外国籍の方が立ち入る際に提出を求める書類です。様式は下記掲載の電子ファイルをご使用ください。
その他	◆J-PARCの入構上及び見学時の諸注意 JAEA(日本原子力研究開発機構)正門にて身分確認が行われますので、下記に例示する各種身分証明書を必ず持参してください。日本人の方：運転免許証、パスポート、マイナンバーカード、　　　　　　顔写真付き学生証のいずれか外国人の方：パスポートか在留カード ※KEKの職員証をお持ちの方は同職員証の携帯が必須です。実験施設内での写真撮影は説明者の指示に従ってください。また、むやみに周辺機器等に触らぬようご注意ください。放射線管理区域における飲食・喫煙は禁止です。水分補給は施設間移動中のバスの中か昼食休憩中に行ってください。見学時にポケット線量計を装着していただく場合があります。携帯電話やスマートフォンから発生する電波が線量計の数値に影響を与える為、ポケット線量計を装着される方は、ご持参の携帯電話やスマートフォンは、電源をオフにしていただくか機内モードへの設定をお願いいたします。 ◆本ツアーの模様の写真撮影の予定について　当日の本ツアーの模様を広報目的用に写真撮影し、当研究科Webページにて後日、記事として掲載する予定です。都合により撮影及び写真の公開を望まない方は、事前に下記の事務担当部署までご連絡ください。

「J-PARC」について

　J-PARC (Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex)とは、素粒子物理、原子核物理、物質科学、生命科学、原子力など、様々な分野における最先端の研究を行うために設けられた、陽子加速器群、及び、その他の一連の実験施設群です。高エネルギー加速器研究機構 (KEK) と日本原子力研究所 (原研) 【現 (国研) 日本原子力研究開発機構 (JAEA) 】が共同で提案のうえ設立致しました。

　We are holding “The J-PARC Tour” as a part of “High Energy Accelerator Science Seminar” in this fiscal year.

Outline of “The J-PARC Tour” and the application procedures

Outline of tour	Date: July 12th, 2023 (Wed) Place: J-PARC, KEK Tokai Campus Eligibility: SOKENDAI Students, Other Graduate Students, and Postdocs. ***　The students registering “High Energy Accelerator Science 　　　Seminar” have to attend this tour in principle Fee: lunch fee(*to be announced for participants in advance)
Schedule	9:00AM　　Departure from Tsukuba Campus 5:00PM　　Arrival at Tsukuba Campus *** For the detailed schedule, We will contact you separately later.

How to apply	Please fill out the “Visit_Proposal” and send it to KEK SOKENDAI Office(KEK Graduate Education Unit)(address:kyodo2[at]mail.kek.jp) by e-mail in which the following information for you is described. Your name Your affiliate at KEK　Ex. Theory Center,IPNS Your Status in KEK Ex. SOKENDAI Student, Department of PNS Your Birth date Dietary requirements for religion,creed or so, if any. *Please tell us other special conditions for you if they are present. ◆Information regarding “Foreign National Visit Proposal”, VP Submission of Visit Proposal is required when foreign nationals enter the JAEA site.
Others	◆Important notes for entrance formalities of J-PARC JAEA (Japan Atomic Energy Agency) is checking the identity of the participants at the main gate, so please be sure to bring your identification cards, such as a Passport or a residence card. Follow the instructions of the staff when taking pictures in the experimental facility. Please be careful not to touch any equipment. Eating, drinking and smoking in radiation controlled areas are prohibited; drinking is allowed on the bus and in the lunch time. You may be required to wear a pocket dosimeter at the time of the tour. While you are wearing a pocket dosimeter, please turn off the mobile phone or smartphone you bring or set it to airplane mode because radio waves generated from such devices may affect the dosimeter. ◆About the plan of photography for pattern of this tour 　We, KEK plan to take photos of the tour on the day for publicity purposes and post it later on our Web page as an article. If you mind being taking photos and publishing photos for your convenience, please contact a photographer accompanying the tour, or KEK SOKENDAI Office.
